Other Ways to Support

Get involved on our team as a volunteer to assist us with our mission.

You can volunteer in many ways including helping us in our New York City office, organizing future events including fundraisers, obtaining clothing and children’s books, assisting us in connecting with potential donors or by just spreading the word to others.

There are many ways to support including becoming a volunteer and assisting us with our mission.

You can also provide support by donating clothing or children’s books for our school’s library, or by simply helping us collect these items from others. If you are interested, please contact us!

We are accepting clothing donations of new and lightly used clothing for the children of Chipakata Village and its surrounding areas.
They can be shipped to our offices or we can make arrangements to pickup clothing items from your home.

Clothing Donations

During the programmatic design phase of our school's design, we identified the importance of having a Library for the children. It was noted that studies show that a direct relationship exists between a child's ability to learn and the availability of libraries/books.

Our school will need both Zambian and American (english) children's books, including books that help the children learn about art and culture. Our children will be grades 1 to 9. It will be hard to get such American books in Zambia, so we will need to obtain and gather them here and ship them over to our school.
